All material returns must be in its original box and packaging in unopened condition. Return must be approved by us within five days from the invoice date. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the invoice for return items.
All return or exchange items must NOT be assembled. Customer is responsible for checking any defect and missing parts. Defects and missing parts must be reported within five days from the invoice date. NO RETURN & EXCHANGE will be allowed after five days.
All merchandise is sold in as-is condition, and there are no verbal or implied warranties.
Color variations are inherent to natural stone, and clay products, natural color, veining, and cracks can vary from one slab to another and from one area to another. Accept liability and must be resolved prior to installation. We do not recognize any claim after installation.
If your order is picked up and for any reason, you would like to return all in non-open box condition, we will charge a 50% for restocking fees. However, if the order has not been picked up from the warehouse, then a 25% restocking will be applied when canceled.

TEMPORARY RETURN POLICY AFFECTED BY COVID-19:
All returns and damages must be claimed within five days of pick up. We currently do not accept any items returned to our facility. All items must be stored in a safe place until the coronavirus restrictions have been lifted.
Defect or Missing Parts – Manufacturing defects must be reported within five days of pick up. Reporting consists of a photo of the damages and the packaging. We will charge for all replacements during this time. The amount will be refunded to back to your account once we received the returned items. We will announce a return date once the coronavirus restrictions have been lifted, and it is safe to conduct business normally.
